Jamie B
Hi, I’m Jamie, a board-certified Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reiki Master. I have a deep love of human anatomy and physiology and spent half a decade as an educator for the massage therapy program at IBW Madison. I’ve built my practice around the philosophy that massage goes beyond just working the muscles and soft tissue; it works with the nervous system to help calm and regulate it. Since the body and mind are so deeply interconnected, it’s clear to me that healing happens best when both are nurtured. It is my hope and belief that the work I do supports a therapeutic mind-body experience.

As a healer, my goal is simply to help people feel their best. I strive to create a safe, soothing space that cultivates trust. I invite clients to develop greater body awareness and tap into any unconscious holding patterns. Once the client and I have identified and isolated problem areas, I create a tailored session to address pain, tightness, and restriction, allowing the body and mind to unwind.

I draw from a range of modalities, including Swedish massage, reflexology, cupping, myofascial release, hot stone massage, and Reiki (a gentle, yet powerful energy healing practice). I've also recently learned Bamboo-Fusion and am excited to use this new modality to help my clients. My favorite areas to work on? The neck, upper traps, and shoulder muscles, which are common areas for tension to live.

When I am not at my massage studio, I love to read, try new foods, garden, connect with nature, and find fun activities to do with my 3 teenage boys.

Deidra D
My name is Deidra and I have been a massage therapist since 2023. I know it sounds cliche, but I got into this profession because I want to help people feel better. I love helping people relax while also providing therapeutic work to help ease their musculoskeletal pain. I like to tailor my massage to the client's needs for that day, whether that's a lighter pressure relaxation massage or deep tissue work to help relieve pain. I like to incorporate Swedish, myofascial, and trigger point techniques to my massage. I am also learning Bamboo Fusion technique and am excited to incorporate this into my massages, as well.

Prior to joining the massage industry, I got my Bachelor's degree in Business Management and I spent 11 years in various positions in the financial, government, and health insurance industries. I decided that the corporate world wasn't for me so made the switch to massage.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, going to the gym, hiking, reading, traveling both domestically and internationally, and cooking. I also like going to different restaurants and trying new foods and drinks.

Jami "Elle" N
I'm Elle, and I graduated from UW Madison with degrees in Kinesiology and Spanish. After almost a decade of bouncing around in different professions in the "real world," I came across Massage Therapy as a way to combine my love of learning about the body with my desire to help people. I specialize in relaxation massage and am frequently told I create a healing environment in which it is safe to "turn off" from the world. My favorite part of the body to massage is the upper back and neck.

I'm also currently working on a certification for pediatric massage that I would love to use to help kiddos with emotional regulation.
In my spare time, I have an English Bulldog named Biggie who requires lots of snuggles. There is usually a craft of the week or a kitchen experiment happening (this week's are an Everything Parmesan Bread and crushed velvet resin ;) )

My boyfriend has 2 children that keep us running - there's usually some sort of youth sporting event (go Wildcats!) or other various activity keeping us on our toes. When we do have free time, we love to find live music. Most recent concerts were Dirty Heads and Odesza.
