Ebb and flow is the nature of the universe. Night becomes day, the moon waxes and wanes, and ocean tides rise and fall. Just as the natural world abides by these cyclical laws, our bodies mirror similar patterns. We inhale, we exhale. Our hearts beat and rest. Muscles contract and then relax.

When we’re in sync with these rhythms, our bodies, minds, and emotions are aligned. But life’s disruptions—unexpected changes, irregular sleep, chronic worrying—can throw us off balance and negatively impact our physical and mental functions. For example, unresolved stress often manifests in the body as jaw tension, muscle pain or stiffness, fatigue, and discomfort.
