Card on File

Our booking system will request a card to hold your appointment. This helps us protect our therapists’ time and to enforce our cancellation policy when necessary.

You are not required to prepay for your session when you book online. If you prefer to pay in person after your session, including with cash, you are absolutely welcome to do so.

Please know that all cards are securely encrypted through our booking software. We do not have access to view or store your full card information. The card on file is used only in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Our intention is never to create inconvenience. We simply want sustainability for our team while keeping your booking process smooth and secure.
